How long do drone repairs take?
Most customers receive their fixed drone back within 4-7 working days of sending it and in some cases it can be collected within 24 hours of dropping it off.
What needs to be sent?
For the drone repair service I generally need the drone, one set of propellers, one battery, charger and remote control unless otherwise requested.
For gimbal repairs and other repairs you will be advised what to send in during the arrangement of the repair
How should the item be packaged?
I recommend the item should be sent in the original box with lots of bubble wrap and then inside another box.
If you do not have the original box a case is fine - the item should have the gimbal lock/camera dome fitted.
